The entire team is incredibly supportive and ready to assist if needed. It is highly encouraged to celebrate wins and misses alike and to learn from every opportunity. Couldn't have asked for a better work family.

On occasion, there might be client requests that fall outside of business hours, but everyone is ready to jump in and assist if this does happen. Not a real con. More so another opportunity to razzle dazzle our clients.

Berry Insurance has by-far been the best work environment of my career. The owners' genuine care for their employees and dedication to work/life balance is unparalleled. The owners are extremely generous and go above and beyond to reward for good work. Each employee at Berry Insurance is respected for their opinions and ideas, and is really given autonomy to own their role. Mistakes are never frowned upon, and are in fact viewed as a valuable growth tool - there's no walking on eggshells or fearing judgement or retribution. The environment is built to limit any workplace stress. The environment is also casual and fun, and the whole team communicates well, appreciates each other, and has a great time together. The entire team is trained well and has bought into the company's mission and values, which makes it easy to work together in their roles to achieve a common goal. Berry Insurance offers most standard benefits, as well as a generous holiday schedule, and unlimited PTO.

Due to the nature of the industry, the service staff sometimes has to work outside of business hours to accommodate client requests, but other than that, I can't really think of any cons.
