Pros
Most employees work from home. The option is available even when you are located near a BerryDunn office. It's nice not to commute daily. Working with multiple clients and vendors keeps work interesting. The pay itself is not bad.
Cons
There are only two medical plans, both high deductible. There is no clearly defined ranking system for annual evaluations (meets, exceeds, etc.). It is a narrative for the year.
