Pros
As with any company the team has strong and weak performers, but strong performers are in the majority. Much of the work serves the public good, it is nice to be doing work that matters. Management supports their teams on the ground when dealing with clients. Travel bonus for client travel is an incentive to travel.
Cons
Long hours and lots of travel when project work is intense, some internal silos make collaboration out side core team more difficult than it should be. occasionally strong performers end up picking up slack for weak ones.
