      Pros

      I have really enjoyed working at BerryDunn. The consulting practice is growing and senior leadership values longevity. Put your time in and it will be worth it.

      Cons

      Still operates under “old school” methodology but the manage is slowly changing that by offering better benefit packages and getting with the times.

      Pros

      Mostly very nice people and opportunities to take on real substantive client and project work depending on the team. Big emphasis on development opportunities.

      Cons

      Hours/pay ratio is not worth it. Pay much under market value with long hours. Lack of recognition of continued education in pay scales. Very opaque evaluation structure.
