Pros
Joined right out of college and thoroughly enjoyed my time there. Once up to speed on projects, offered 2 days WFH per week and an extremely flexible schedule as long as work was still completed as expected. Coworkers were some of the best I've had in my (short) career, and it was always easy to get information when I needed it. The manufacturing environment was very clean and quiet. Weekly lunch outings and countless other activities were organized outside of work hours which was a ton of fun. Very fair annual review/raise cycle that considered inflation and merit.
Cons
Pay was below average compared to other opportunities. In a very niche market in a small company means you will wear a LOT of hats (design, test, quality, manufacturing, installation, etc.), and opportunity for growth is inherently limited.
