Terrible in almost every single regard - Digital Marketing Specialist Bertera Auto Employee Review

You should not work for Bertera Auto Group. It is run by three underqualified, incompetent owners, none of whom have even the smallest modicum of respect for their employees. You will be worked as hard as possible--I was told by the owners that they needed to "get their money's worth out of me"--with next to nothing in return. There are people in the company who have worked there for DECADES and make minimum wage--a fact which the ownership is proud of. The benefits offered are laughable. You receive the legal minimum of sick time (5 days), and you only receive this after a long probation period. You will be paid the minimum possible, much less than competitors in the auto industry. You will get no paid time off until your second year of employment, and even then, it is 5 days which must all be taken consecutively. You will not be appreciated here, and you will be treated unfairly daily. The ownership/management of Bertera Auto has no desire to adapt to contemporary work culture, and as such, they are hemorrhaging staff and are finding it difficult to hire new staff. Do not make the mistake of working here.
