Pros
Berwick Insurance Group, I would say is the best company I have ever worked for. Realistically, the company is a well oiled machine. From my vantage point, all of the employees work hard, communicate, and have fun (its encouraged to have fun!) The administration team is astounding, on top of working hard, they have built this environment for all of the employees to be able to have potlucks, department specific activities, and a culture of encouragement and exhortation! I never heard anyone complain unrealistically, or create a culture of gossip. Management was probably the best of the best. I have grown as a person, I have grown in my skills, and I have learned a lot about the NMO industry, and have become an actual, confident professional.
Cons
No cons. In my department it would be slow at times, but management compensated with encouraging all employees to seek tasks or learning that's within our field. No cons here!
