Pros

This company is great at helping to support it’s employees in both professional and personal ways Such as supporting their team with relieving personal, home based stress and do their upmost best to create a family like support within the team Everyone mucks in to help everyone out regardless of position or stature in the business From the apprentices all the way through to the CEO and directors. If you need help, they will help you Another amazing piece of this company is the fountain of knowledge across the whole board in the HR business

Cons

Being home based and not being able to personally interact with the amazing team on a daily basis Although the company has made changes to help the team to interact further by monthly meets ups

Pros

Pay and benefits were protected as contractual. Fellow coaches and employees - talented HR/People Professionals.

Cons

Too many to list but in summary, coaches completely overburdened with workload and unrealistic volume of duties following changes to all aspects of role. No genuine care and consideration for staff and learners. Many coaches are rock bottom and are struggling with stress and burnout. Massive micromanagement. Profit first mentality which has completely impacted Bepro culture and ethos detrimentally.

Pros

Some lovely colleagues. Logging off! Payday!

Cons

Shocking workplace, horrific culture, the most incompetent senior management ever with little experience and qualifications. Director running things into the ground, too many middle management. All need to stay in their lane and stop all micromanagement! All staff are commodities to be flogged hard, unless you are a favourite. They have no respect and don’t appreciate how some roles are hard to fill, yet they’re happy to replace good people on a cheap freelance basis. No one ever makes it to 2 years service as they don’t want to be getting into redundancy pay territory! No emphasis on quality. Would likely score requires improvement or special measures currently. Low learner numbers and lots of complaints, unlikely to last the year. Salaries below market value for everyone bar directors. Expect your signature to be put onto documents without your consent. Expect no CPD. Expect no business strategy and constant U turns. Expect work to be pushed down onto coaches with no marking experience. Expect unmanageable workloads. Expect no support, just talk of legendary management skills. Expect to be questioned if your status is on do not disturb. Expect learner complaints. Expect to be beaten down and demoralised at every turn. Expect the simplest of tasks to become difficult. Expect no sick pay. Expect your mental health to suffer.
