Pros
There’s a decent amount of good people, but not enough to fix Best Bays inherent problems.
Cons
There’s no accountability. The company is owned by a rich kid with his father’s money. Unfortunately he doesn’t know a single thing about starting a business. He’s clearly never lived paycheck to paycheck and has no concept of risk and reward. He only understands how to maintain his personal standard of living. If Best Bay wanted to be successful they’d be smaller and more capable. They’ll tell you that they’re growing, which might be true, but they’re growing in the same way that a balloon is blown up. It’ll burst and that’ll be that.
