Pros

The position pays a decent amount for what is expected of your position. The scope of this position is not overwhelming.

Cons

As an escalation department, the requirement to pitch for a sale is not necessary. The management styles vary greatly from supervisors and politics play too much of a role in allowing advancement of the agents. If you are not "buddy buddy" with current supervisors, your chances of advancement are aim to none even when metrics are met. Otherwise patience is required with the customer base that is, the elderly.

Decent pay, remote work, and friendly capable employees

Cons

Went from a somewhat flat org structure under GreatCall to a ridiculously tiered organization. The Quality leaders introduced way too many fancy processes and cool acronyms to an already understaffed team.
