there should be minus start rating option Poor Work Culture No Hygiene even for female staff even the washroom smells like hell there is one so call manager/ owner relative whose only duty is to annoy people with her ilitrate thoughts. you'll get the salary after completing 1.5 months in the company at almost the end of the months whereas if you may have worked for other staffing companies you'll have an idea how they operate(usually salary gets credited on the 4-6th day of starting of the month ) they don't have their own office/domain for US staffing (since their Bestinfo.com is blacklisted in US Market soon Arminus domain will be for sure) no leave policy available for an employee if you're taking leave even for sudden demise they'll deduct your salary for sure they have an operation manager/cab driver/watchman/IT Guy/Interviewer/Jaahil

Pros

-Have All Fortune 500 Listed/CMM Level 5 certified Global IT Clients. So getting exposure to work with our Big Client MNC and Clients are also very supportive and give value and proper acknowledgement to Best Infosystems. -Freshers or experienced person both can get a platform to learn niche IT Technologies catering to all Industries (Like Telecom, Hitech, Security, Digitalization, Healthcare, Automotive, Semi-Conductor, Cloud Computing, Business Analytics, allied industry). -Always surrounded by passionate people having hunger to learn and explore. You get ample opportunity to enhance your skills as you work seriously. -Senior Management & Director is totally supportive and helps in all aspects. always motivate to employees and guide. - Getting exposure to work for Onsite Clients (based at USA, Canada, Dubai etc.)

Cons

-Salary is now getting credited by every 10 to 12th date in month. hope coming days it will be 1st week of every month or 7th of every month. - Working days here is 5 and half day. So preferring 5 days in week (All Saturday or "1st & 4th Saturday" & Sunday Off). -Though I believe that there is always room for improvement in anything. But thinking of things to improve here it becomes so difficult because all you see around is Positive and goody. But may be being a Mid level IT Staffing Company, we don't have Medical Insurance facility. Hope in coming days it will be implemented towards employees favor.
