Pros
Not a bad company to work for. Decent pay, nice benefits, a bonus every year from the owners. The family who own the business are very nice people and many of the employees are too.
Cons
The management is mostly made up of people who shouldn't be managers. They seem to be chosen by popularity rather than merit. The corporate office was very toxic when I worked there; a couple bad actors poisoned the whole place. Be warned; doing a good job is not enough if you want to advance and get raises. You will have to kiss up and be popular too.
