      Small business environment. Drivers are truly known by name. Majority of work is local. High mobility laterally, moderate mobility up.

      No medical insurance for spouses.

      You get off early on Fridays

      Cons

      You are required to develop new business from their existing contacts/leads. All there existing contacts/leads HATES this company so you can’t secure new business. Also, they’re really selfish when it comes to paying the independent drivers. They find any excuse not to pay the independent drivers the amount agreed upon.
