We appreciate your statement that BEST does have a great work environment; we think so too. Upwards internal mobility is a key metric we measure to ensure we partner with our teams to work towards their career goals. In fact, many corporate team members began their career at BEST as a concierge! One of our main priorities is serving and supporting our team well.
