      The employees are amazing despite the failings of the business

      Cons

      Awful leadership with no direction Owners and directors are stuck in the 90s No benefits whatsoever (free parking though) Huge staff turnover Overworked Zero development Zero pay rises Zero bonuses Zero work life balance One particular director blocks all attempts at work life balance Useless HR function Blame culture Awful work practices (clock watching)

      Pros

      The culture at Bestway is authentic in every way. The leadership cares about the team and is genuinely open to feedback on both projects and the business. This company has all the pillars lined up to create an environment ripe for innovation - and the teams do every single day. Positive, happy and fun company to work for!

      Cons

      Pay will be a bit lower, but much of the medical benefit costs are absorbed, so that makes up for some of the loss.
