Nice colleague and the job is easy. Long breaks Weekend opening times are short

Cons

Management is terrible, so unprofessional and you can't trust them with anything. They will ignore any doctors notes or any requests so don't bother trying. They don't care about your physical or mental health all they care about is money and power. They expect you to do everything while they just sit chatting to each other all day and have a go at you if you "look lazy" Management also have favourites so if you don't fit in expect to be treated differently to everyone else.

Pros

The culture at Bestway is authentic in every way. The leadership cares about the team and is genuinely open to feedback on both projects and the business. This company has all the pillars lined up to create an environment ripe for innovation - and the teams do every single day. Positive, happy and fun company to work for!

Cons

Pay will be a bit lower, but much of the medical benefit costs are absorbed, so that makes up for some of the loss.
