Shame of a place - Developer BetConstruct Employee Review

There are so many negative things about BetConstruct, I will try to list most important ones. 1. They are lacking correct management, for almost every simple case (like new chair request for a new coworker) you need to make an appointment with CEO or the chairman, wait for days or weeks for it and then discuss and explain that. NO, I'm not joking. 2. Steve Jobs once said - “It doesn’t make sense to hire smart people and then tell them what to do; we hire smart people so they can tell us what to do.” However in BetCo management no one would agree with Steve. They never hear your opinion as an employee. Strategy and plans are changing every day so you don't even have a chance to say "But... ". 3. Poor HR and as a result a lot of unpro people, with whom you need to collaborate with. 4. Unfairness everywhere - you can see two people occupying same position, doing same amount of work but one of them receives 2x more salary then the other. Ridiculous fact - IT guys in BetCo allowed to take one full month of vocations during a calendar year, when other specialists can take only two weeks. 5. Success is only for relatives, family members and friends. Yes, you can't make a good career in BetCo unless you are a friend, a cousin or brother in low of someone from the board or management. The company is full of stupid and arrogant relatives of the CEO, or chairman or CTO or whatever. Most of them are lacking minimal professional or language skills. My direct manager was one of those. Rest I will leave for your imagination. I was following the positive reviews on this page thinking like - wow, they have probably done a good job so far on making things better, so many positive reviews. Then I saw the last review explaining that they write positive reviews by themselves. Well, its totally their type of solving problems. Why make the place better for people to work and then leave a positive feedback when you can just write fake feedback. Thats it.
