Cons
Success is only for relatives, family members and friends. Yes, you can't make a good career in BetConstruct. You can see two people occupying same position, doing same amount of work but one of them receives 2x more salary then the other. The office is far from the city center, there is only one bus line, they don't provide transportation but they penalizing employees for being late even 1 minute. Everything is done to show off. Hundreds of people are leaving the company. And worst thing is that the company is writing positive reviews which is shameful. I worked in this company for a long time and I don't know any person who can work from home or cafe as it is written in fake reviews. You have to be in the office all the time.
