- Management (they call themselves Area Team) can be biased. They usually listen to those they like and those who make a complaint first - You don't report a single line manager but shop managers (you will be placed in different shops), area admins, area supervisor, and security. They are all monitoring you closely - Each shop does things differently - Bullying culture if you can't get everyone to like you - Insurmountable pressure in peak hours - Conmen keep testing you - Customers can get pushy and rude - Always a risk of getting robbed in quiet areas in the evening - No actual job promotion
