      Pros

      There is a lot of freedom in how you can tailor the program to fit the residents. Staff are supportive and clients are wonderful. I loved working there.

      Cons

      Often time clinical work can be outsourced and the typical day can become focused on therapeutic art processes vs actually counseling. If you are not a strong advocate for yourself or the profession, it'll be difficult.

      Pros

      Management is always having events for staff appreciation, or are offering bonuses for attendance, the holidays, and fun activities for like nurses week, etc. Feels like home - you get to know a lot of people!

      Cons

      There is always work to be done! Not a lot of room for advancement in small company.
