Pros
It is comfortable here, there is a family atmosphere in general. The turnover rate is very slim which is good for loyal employees. Unless you truly do something illegal or die, you will have a job. Most of upper management is well mannered and pleasant enough as well as the rest of the employees. If you are ill or have family issues, they are very understanding in the leave policy.
Cons
There is not enough individual training for employees. Employees should be allowed to further develop their skills, it is not only an asset to the company but to the individual. Many employees are stuck in their positions without a chance to flourish nor expand their skills. There are employees who are not recognized enough and are subdued in their job positions and other employees who are continually recognized which effects the rest of the employees attitudes. The pay is not comparable to all the duties expect, required, and acquired. There is not enough hustle to get new contracts except when one is on the table.
