      Decent salary, remote work is possible.

      Cons

      There is a lot of legacy, poor-quality software. The main focus is on handling frequent production incidents and all kinds of support. A lot of employees from India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh can barely speak English, and if they do, they're not competent to do their job.
