Betsson Group Response
1yThank you for your review. While we are always open to feedback - both positive and critical - we must respectfully note that the claims made in this post do not align with the experience or sentiment we hear from the wider organisation.
The tone and detail of the review suggest a personal grievance, and many of the points raised are inconsistent with the values we uphold at Betsson and the feedback shared by employees across our global offices. We’re proud of our open and inclusive culture, our structured feedback channels, and the recognition our HR leadership has earned - both internally and externally. Our Chief HR Officer has been acknowledged for her leadership and professionalism at several global HR events and has received multiple industry awards for her work in building high-performing, people-focused teams.
We always encourage colleagues - past or present - to use our formal feedback mechanisms to share concerns constructively and truthfully. This allows us to dig deeper and make meaningful improvements where needed. Anonymous public platforms are, of course, an option - but if the goal is genuine change, open and honest dialogue is the more effective route.
In our most recent employee engagement survey, 97% of employees said they feel comfortable raising their opinions openly within their teams. We’re sorry this wasn’t your experience.
