However, my experience over time in the HR Department has been marked by several challenges that significantly impacted my time with the company. The overall atmosphere is marred by a lack of professionalism and support. Gossip is rampant, and there is a tendency for misinformation to spread among employees. This creates a distrustful and toxic environment where it's difficult to rely on the integrity of communication or the actions of colleagues. The HR department, in particular, has been disappointing. They are unresponsive, disorganized, and seem to lack any real concern for employee well-being. Important concerns are often ignored or handled inconsistently, leading to confusion and frustration. Overall, while Betsson Group has the potential to be a great place to work, the internal culture and communication issues severely hinder that potential. The CHRO needs to take these concerns seriously to improve the working environment, which so far they have not.
