      Good store managers, fun coworkers, recently unionized

      Cons

      Pay is too low, under the average for baristas in SD according to Glassdoor. Employer was exceptionally anti-union during union campaign.

      Leadership change has made everything terrible. They are trying to turn into the next Starbucks. HR does not care and won’t take complaints seriously.
