      Great place to work, and the money is stellar. As a Salesperson, your pay is phenomenal if you can produce and put up numbers. I know of no place else that you can earn like this in a positive environment that pushes you to make more and more money

      None. I honestly cannot think of anything that would be negative and I have been here for almost 2 years!

      - There are some great hardworking employees - Free lunch Fridays

      Cons

      - A lot of favoritism and not everyone held to the same standard. Who got recognized, promoted, blind eye or given opportunities depended more on being in the right circle than on actually doing good work. - Some genuinely good hardworking people left. - Upper management's communication style needs a lot of work. Negativity that trickles down. - Parking situation sucks. - Depending on which manager you're under, the experience can vary a lot.
