Institutional Racism at another level. Black people don’t do it I promise you will regret it. Wish someone had put this message out for me!

Pros

Family-owned atmosphere. Much more flexible and personal than a huge company. Awesome new facility with a gym and game room. Very rewarding work supplying custom machinery to the biggest companies in the world.

Cons

Building custom machines comes with some amount of stress. It is a challenge, but extremely rewarding when a project comes to life.

Pros

No HR representation, anything goes.

Cons

A weird dynamic-facade of a wanna-be company. A cautionary tale of how leadership-nepotism can foster a toxic work environment. The company pride itself on its "family values," the reality is that these values translate into unprofessional behavior and a deeply unwelcoming atmosphere. You will be dragged into the family drama adding unnecessary burden to the stress of the job.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We value honest input from current and former employees, as it helps us reflect on our culture and continuously improve as an organization. We acknowledge the concerns raised regarding workplace dynamics, professional growth, and inclusivity. While we do not comment on individual employment matters, we want to emphasize that promotions and advancement within the company are based on performance, merit, and alignment with our organizational goals. Maintaining a respectful, inclusive, and professional work environment is a top priority. We have established policies and procedures in place to address unprofessional behavior and to ensure that all employees are treated with fairness and dignity. We encourage team members to bring forward any concerns through the appropriate internal channels so that they can be properly reviewed and addressed. We recognize that no organization is perfect, and we are committed to ongoing growth and accountability. Feedback—both positive and critical—is essential to that process, and we appreciate the opportunity to listen and learn.
