Management are a bunch of babies who will threaten you if they don't get their way. They have taken everything which was good about the company away, benefits, commission, etc. The CEO likes to sack people. I thought it was just going to happen to the American sister company, but nope, his sacking tradition has made its way into the UK company. They brought in a third-party company called Sanctus to get anonymous feedback from their employees on how they feel about the company (which you can imagine was just a whole session of slandering the company), and shortly after, they made changes to make lives worse for their employees and even sacked a bunch of them.
