Work from home, Amazing clients and projects. Latest technologies are the core of every project while the teams across the company are very diligent and committed to the cause. The CEO is an amazing person, always encouraging team-members.

Cons

They are very demanding in terms of knowledge, one needs to be studying constantly and if you are lazy you will struggle.

Remote work, the few people that are inside the company are friendly.

Cons

Work comes and goes, some months you have various clients asking for work that needs to be done by tomorrow and other months there's almost no work at all. It's not stable and some clients are not easy to work with, you spend too much time reading emails.

The company has grown a lot since 2015. We went from having 2 people in operations to now having a solid team of 6, ensuring the candidate journey is positive and unmatched. We have taken a lot of the feedback we've received to help work out some of the kinks we faced in the past. As such, we are now experiencing exponential growth and excited to continue working alongside the top engineering talent in Latin America and beyond.
