Pros
the people I work with
Cons
Every weekend they had meetings where they took 15-20 minutes out of their 30s to talk about how wonderful the CEO was and about the things he had done like feeding children in Africa or running a marathon with a social purpose... really They never talked about things that would happen in the company. I did not feel that I belonged to something that really wanted to contribute to the world, they even sold smoke to the coworkers, pointing out that the salaries were competitive, but when someone left for a truly competitive salary they were unable to retain the workers. More than 30% of the staff were recently fired, implying that they were never in a position to compete in the market. Terrible company, I do not recommend it.
