I believe that the power of the brand is the change they want to make in the world, is this the greatest asset as a company. The availability and accessibility of the entire leadership team also makes it a distinct place that allows you to easily understand and commint with any aspect of the organization. Internally, there's a spirit of teamwork and a desire to "win". I think the founders along with the senior leadership have an impressive ability for innovation, adaptability, and the capacity to make decisions quickly and sustain the necessary energy to keep people engaged.
Cons
