      - Work-life balance! - Everyoneis so nice - WoWorkloads very balanced - Great leadership - Great work culture

      Cons

      I actually can not find any disadvantages! it is a great place! the only thing mght be that it is a logistics startup, so it might be less interesting for some people!

      Pros

      Students and interns receive many tasks and responsibilities, get involved in meetings and are welcomed to bring up their ideas and starts new projects. Learning by doiing culture, supportive HR that effectively handles requests. Possibilty to negotiate intern and working student salary. Flexible working time.

      Cons

      I consider the product of the comapny to be to some extent unethical.
