      Smart and talented people you genuinely want to work with Friendly atmosphere Good salary Hybrid work schedule Comfortable open-space office Company perks like discounts, German lessons at the office, snacks, and drinks

      Cons

      High expectations, a lot of work, frequent meetings, and the need to always stay sharp (for me, it’s more of a plus, but there’s a risk of burning out quickly)

      Pros

      Students and interns receive many tasks and responsibilities, get involved in meetings and are welcomed to bring up their ideas and starts new projects. Learning by doiing culture, supportive HR that effectively handles requests. Possibilty to negotiate intern and working student salary. Flexible working time.

      Cons

      I consider the product of the comapny to be to some extent unethical.
