- directors/leaders don't know the basics in marketing & gaming, let alone managing. Total shambles - brought in new suite of leaders who have ABOLISHED the best workers - environment is toxic - no reward or recognition for those that have built up the company - well there is 1 potential reward- you get made redundant and get a pay out - mandatory 4 days in the office, no wiggle room for emergencies having to WFH - 0 career opportunities, they advertise your role whilst you're still in the business then dispose of you later - dont get me started on the HR.... a couple in particular (IYKYK)
