      Good if you have to have a job. You can probably skate with doing very little if you keep your head down.

      Cons

      Poor benefits, poor morale, poor leadership. Once was a good company to work for.

      Management is open to change and seems to always be seeking input. Senior management also appeared to be experimenting with different management styles and performance measurements.

      Cons

      No strategic long term plan in the company. Management is very reactive to conditions and constantly changes direction.
