      - unlimited PTO for site leader - fun people - legacy BevMo employees are gems

      Cons

      BevMo was acquired by GoPuff a few years back and completely gutted the culture in BevMo stores. - No formal onboarding or training programs - Single rate of pay for employees - Few structures and systems in place for stores to operate effectively

      Pros

      It was a great part time job as a college student. They worked around my schedule for my classes and I learned a lot from my coworkers.

      Cons

      Being young, I didn't have any experience with the different types of beer or wine. There is no training for it so when customers come up to you and ask you for help or opinion on a type of alcohol, it was a bit embarrassing.
