Flexibility in what projects I wanted to take on and timelines of projects. Very supportive in explaining the way the engineering office operates. Wanted me to spend a good amount of time on the shop floor as well as in the office to get a further understanding of the manufacturing process.

Somewhat disorganized when it came to documentation and engineering testing area. Little guidance in tackling projects unless I reached out first.

They are a forward-thinking company
