Pros
Nearly everyone here is fun to be around. They do their jobs like they're supposed to, but no one is above sharing a few laughs during downtime between tasks. There are some very intelligent people in every department.
Cons
Things can get very hectic around the office near the end of any major financial period (ex. year-end close) and employees have to take on extra work. They tend to get very stressed during these times. Although Beverage Air is very diverse (represented by men and women of various races), upper management is very much white male-dominated. Also, some of the upper-level employees appear to be less qualified than many of their subordinates.
