Pros
Work autonomously most of the time. No "set" hours as they change week to week unless you visit regular accounts. Some account owners/mgrs. are great, full of advice and ideas, and really enjoyable to work with. Job is only M-F for most.
Cons
Poor communication between management and staff, convoluted messages from management regarding policies, contract is more of an idea than a set of rules to live by. Taking off is a hassle and sick days often result in guff. Pay is not what it should be. Almost never get compensation for travel (lots of travel). Far too many after hours calls/emails/texts that are "expected" to be answered. Little to no growth potential.
