Cons
The roadmap is so ambitious that there are always three or four fascinating technical problems you’ll want to solve at any given time. The biggest challenge here is personal prioritization—you have to learn to say "not right now" to cool engineering tasks just because there aren't enough hours in the day. It forced me to become a master of time management.
