Pros
Flexible hours and ability to make my own schedule is great. New requirement to carry at least 5 clients is fine with me. The training was extensive and the other coaches seem really smart and experienced. I learned a lot and felt comfortable starting with my first clients. Tons of resources and tools to use to support clients.
Cons
The company is entirely virtual and doesn't really do much to promote community within the coaches. I thought there'd be more opportunities to meet other coaches either in-person or real life. Occasionally there are other coaches who will create Zoom meetings to get together but nothing official from leadership other than office hours from the CEO and the coaching director. I've attended these but no one else was there so I didn't get to meet other coaches. They said there will be upcoming opportunties for professional development but nothing yet. I'm hopeful that these will happen soon. They got rid of supervisors and performance reviews. Hopefully those will come back, too.
