Pros
Training was well-done and informative The company understands EF and has appropriate tools to use with students
Cons
Pay is horrible based on education and experience. They expect a master's degree and at least 3 years experience (I have two masters and had 15 years experience at the time) and they only pay $50.00 for a tutoring session. They do not pay for travel or time spent preparing or the required supervision sessions, so in the end I was making $15.00/hour at best. On the other hand, they charge parents $160.00 an hour (at least). Further, because there aren't a lot of tutors in my area, I was constantly asked to take additional clients and when I said I couldn't, I felt very pressured by my trainer to accept the assignments.
