Pros

Salary on Time only, otherwise nothing is good in thisorganisation

Cons

-Poor Management -Fake Promises -No increments -No Variable pay(Which deducted 5% from your salary, People who left the organization before 2 years, they also not get their variable amount till now.) -you can survive if you are not able to buttering director -There is no learning, only waste of time. -no value of employee work -Cheap politics -All positive command written by HR

Pros

1. Young & energetic team wherein you have freedom to experiment with your innovative ideas 2. Open door policy allows you to communicate directly with management 3. Colleagues are more like friends here so no backbiting at all 4. No Sir/Ma'am- call everyone by their first name so you don't feel any hesitation while putting forth your views about anything you don't agree with, 5. Equal employee importance across departments

Cons

1. The work here is innovative which demands extra time to accomplish but this in any ways adds a star to you corporate profile 2. The company is growing so don't expect hi-fi facilities provided by giants like google, yahoo etc.

Pros

1)Power to make some project decisions lie with the employees which is really good. 2)Quite a friendly environment to work 3)Colleagues are supportive

Cons

1)Micromanagement of working hours. 2)Every discussion ends up with a lot of heat. 3)A very slow and limited learning curve. 4)Very less motivation for an employee so that they can push themselves to achieve more.
