I don’t know how to explain what working here has done for me as a person and a professional. Is it hard working with adolescents? Yes. Is it intense? Yes. But the way I am valued, the way I am truly appreciated, the way I am challenged to grow- I’ve never found that before in my career. I’m so thankful I found this place mostly because I can be myself and I shine here.

They are a growing company. Things aren’t perfect but the vision is always clear. The support is there. The leaders are humble people.

Poor management, they are terrible to their employees which is why they have a high turnover rate. Fired me after I reported unethical behavior that ruins the therapeutic environment would not trust sending my kid here.
