Pros

WFH (Only if you live somewhere far from their offices.)

Cons

A very brief summary: -Immature, awful leadership who only invest in acquisition and mergers and is slowly replacing their employees with overseas contractors. -Employee training/support amounts to nothing more than "Just do your job and get it done." This company won't invest anything in its staff but expect complete investment and devotion from anyone employed here. -The worst documentation and security practices of any company I've seen in 2 decades of working in the IT industry. -Ownership treats its employees like children, yelling and being disrespectful regularly. -Ownership is closely monitoring and listening to the work devices you use. Assume any conversation you have within earshot of your work devices or cameras is being listened to by an Owner, even in your own home. -Nowhere to grow here. The company does not do employee reviews unless the owners find a reason to have negative feedback. -The company does not set clear and realistic expectations with its clients. They promise their clients the world and expect the staff to carry those promises on their backs, even if it means extreme overtime because it's just 'part of the job.' -Mandatory On-call and after-hours work that is not disclosed during the hiring process. Every employee hired during my time there was surprised to find out on-call was a requirement well after their hire date, myself included. -The company is reactive and not proactive and spends most of its time patching failing infrastructure. Since it is only trying to acquire new MSPs and juice them it does not invest in best-practice or modern policies or technologies. -Ownership is dishonest with its employees and clients on a regular basis. -Giving feedback or disagreeing with ownership usually results in immediate termination. Ownership frequently speaks about firing people as a casual thing and generates reasons to do so pre-emptively. -Worse benefits than you'd expect, even from a small company. -Will lay off employees dishonestly, then further lie to the Department of Labor to deny unemployment. They know that even if you have documentation and audio recordings to contest their lies it is not likely you can win the appeal without heavy investment.
