Co-workers, managers, and directors that I work with are understanding and collaborative Direct manager and director that I report to are the reasons I’ve stayed Company wants and has best intentions to improve
Cons
Board is adding pressure to C level execs which applies further pressure on VPs and so forth which waterfalls to every day business employee Comparing abnormal sales years to current performance reverting culture back to what I was warned of before being hired back before 2019. The culture didn’t start out this way.
