Build great bonds with my team and learned some skills to take with me elsewhere.

Every skill I learned was self taught or learned from someone not being paid to train me. Lack of pay or promised bonuses, consistent issues with checks, tips and PTO, no proper maternity leave protocols in place for general management or any employee for that matter. No HR to report to for issues such as harassment. Extreme lack of support from the corporate team, they do not care about the ones running the stores. On top of it all they’ve shown to be racist, sexist and ageist. Nepotism fuels this company, patiently waiting for the day this business implodes on itself for taking on far much more than it can manage. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from here.
