      Pros

      Awesome problems to solve, mostly fantastic and brilliant people to work with, great location for food, great amounts of time off

      Cons

      The office is filled with politics: who likes you is more important than the work you do. There is little room for growth if you already don't have >10 years experience or a Ph.D. Communication to the employees from management about expectations and boundaries are awful. The company is much more sales oriented then Engineering/Product driven The pay is low. The CEO/CTO do not care at all about the Software Engineers, only a handful of the Data Scientists.

      Coworkers are helpful and friendly

      Cons

      Company does not send our 401K or HSA contributions on time. They take the money out of our paychecks but it is not contributed to our accounts. Often we get a paper check for payroll and it is late, even if we have direct deposit. There are obvious serious cash flow problems.
