Pros

Lots to learn about sales and business management. There are a lot of people willing to help. Even owners who makes tons of money per year will help guide you up the ladder no problem. There are travel opportunities and bonuses. It is very professional and a young company.

Cons

It is not the type of position you can grow from if you are not good at talking to people. It is strictly commission and shared with whoever else you work with. It is definitely not the kind of position you can make money off of out the gate. lots of odd hours and set-ups for the booths.

Pros

The managers are very insightful during the interview process and let you know about the details of the job up front. I researched the company's website to look at everything in detail. They seemed to have a great team from the pictures that I saw online. This career is not for everyone, but so far I can say that the experience has been great because of the people.

Cons

It's a fast paced environment so you have to learn very quickly! You are always learning about new products and client campaigns.

Pros

Young employees are all very nice. Everyone is taught to be friendly and upbeat. Workers embrace teamwork.

Cons

Selling products in dangerous territory (Only 2 people are together). You MUST work 6 days every week. Was mislead into thinking this was a marketing/branding position only to be sent to sell phones. Asking questions will often be met with annoyance. (Managers) Was promised promotions if I worked hard, was never told about selling products in Chicago. If you don't meet your quota for selling, you DON'T GET PAID.
