Repetitive/ monotonous I didn’t get many hours

great working with kids, owners have only good intentions, pay for your RBT training, easy to work around vacations, family things, etc.

PAY IS SO LOW. starts at like $10 an hour when you look everywhere else people are starting at $15!!! Turn over is very high. People leave the job all the time because the pay is so crappy. Also we are expected to drive over an hour to patients when other places don't make you drive past 45 mins. Also, they don't pay for your gas when other places do. The bosses are great but they really need to realize why they lose people all the time
